Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 12, 2026

This policy applies to paid memberships, subscriptions, trials, or digital access products offered by CRVOD, if any.

Clear Billing and Renewal

Before purchase, users should review the price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms, cancellation method, and billing descriptor shown by the payment processor.

Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, proven billing errors, unauthorized transactions reported promptly, or verified technical failures preventing access.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied for dissatisfaction with content, used subscription time, account termination for rule violations, local access restrictions, user device/network problems, or chargebacks initiated without contacting support.

Cancellation

Users may cancel future recurring billing through the payment processor or by contacting crvodvip@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior access unless required by law or approved after review.

Processing Time

Requests are normally reviewed within 5 to 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

购买前，用户应查看价格、账单周期、续费条款、试用条款、取消方式以及支付处理商显示的账单名称。

可退款情况

重复扣款、经核实的账单错误、及时报告的未授权交易或经验证导致无法访问的技术故障，可申请退款审核。

不可退款情况

因不满意内容、已使用订阅时间、因违规被终止账户、地区访问限制、用户设备/网络问题或未联系客服即拒付，可能不予退款。

取消

用户可通过支付处理商或联系 crvodvip@gmail.com 取消未来周期扣费。取消会停止未来扣费，但不自动退还已发生的访问费用，除非法律要求或审核批准。

处理时间

申请通常在5至10个工作日内审核。获批退款将尽可能原路退回。
